UNDERSTANDING YOUR BILL

You may have questions about your bill with Bennington Rescue. It is understandable! Medical Billing can get confusing very quickly. We try and be as transparent as possible, but it is easy to get lost. This may help you better understand your bill. Still confused or have questions? Call our Business Office! ACCOUNT NUMBER

This is located in the top right hand portion of your bill. This account number is unique to you. Having your account number and/or call number handy when you call helps us to quickly locate your account information. Any payments to Bennington Rescue should include the account and/or call number so we can be sure to properly credit your account.

NAME and ADDRESS

This is the most updated name or address we have on file for you. If this is incorrect, please contact the Business Office immediately so we can update your information. Some insurances will not process your claim if your name and/or information is not identical.

CALL NUMBER

This number will be listed on the left side of your statement. It is usually in a format of a 2-digit year, followed by a 6-digit call number. For example, if you were call number 98765 in the year 2025, your call number would be 25-098765. Having your account number and/or call number handy when you call helps us to quickly located your account an information. Any payments to Bennington Rescue should include the account and/or call number so we can be sure to properly credit your account.

DESCRIPTION

The description tells you where we picked you up, and what location you were transported to.
